"I have been working with CRO Solutions for about 3 years having transitioned the clinical monitoring services to CRO Solutions because we were unhappy with the standard and the service we had been receiving. More recently I had the pleasure of working with Abbie and Paul, two CRAs who were assigned to the Phase 1/2 study I was responsible for delivering. CRO Solutions were responsible for the clinical monitoring of the Phase 1 portion of the study that was being conducted in the UK. From start to finish Abbie and Paul were focused, responsive and demonstrated excellent attention to detail often bringing issues or concerns to my attention as they were identified. Unfortunately, this is so often not the case when working with large CROs where the communication can often get diluted or way laid.
